WORK WITH ME

As a school counselor, I’ve supported many individuals and families—helping them access the tools and guidance they need to begin healing. This has always been my purpose: to help, to uplift, and to make a meaningful difference.

With time, this passion has deepened. I now share my own journey with mental health, especially around depression and anxiety. Living through these experiences has shown me how essential open conversations and education are—particularly for today’s youth. Together, we can create space for healing and hope.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In school or group presentations, I thoughtfully explore how mental health concerns affect young minds. We’ll take a closer look at the role of social media and the everyday pressures that often weigh heavily on them.

By understanding these influences, we begin to see the challenges many young people silently carry—and how awareness can be the first step toward support and healing.
